I am a very busy working professional with family obligations and little time to devote to navigating the real estate market. Lisa Povlow managed the details of selling my house from start to finish making the process as easy as is possible. Lisa arranged a pre-market overview and only works with the finest professionals. She provided pre-market staging recommendations and an amazing photography and videography marketing presentation of my home. I put off selling my house for years and her assistance to get the house to market made it possible even for an overextended busy person! Lisa is always professional and confidential with clients and others involved in the process. Her communication is just the right amount- she is not pushy and does not bombard you with phone calls or emails but responds immediately to meet your needs. Lisa is a strategic businesswoman and knows how to negotiate which was of utmost importance for me since I am overgenerous to an extreme. She was fair but realistic when negotiating with the buyer. Lisa can be tough when needed but is always honest and professional. I highly recommend her for her expertise and talent in negotiating. I would not hesitate to recommend Lisa for all your real estate needs big or small. Lisa is excellent in all areas- market knowledge, staging, communication, professionalism, negotiating skills, and she is available to assist her clients with whatever is needed!

I have had the pleasure of working with Lisa Povlow on the purchase and/or sale of three properties, and in all three cases I was very, very impressed. I have worked with a great many realtors over the past forty years, and Lisa Povlow is by far the most impressive. Here’s my take: She has uncompromising values and ethics, works unbelievably hard, and understands the need to spend money to make money (marketing dollars). While she is a highly competitive professional, she is probably most competitive with herself. I enjoyed working with Lisa personally. She is a creative, curious, and generous individual. She is determined to help her clients. I always felt that I was in good hands.

I want to give a shout out and strong recommendation to Lisa Povlow of Keller Williams in the Doylestown office. I had listed my home in March 2018, went through two different agents who were very eager to list my house, but who subsequently seemingly lost interest in actually marketing the house, and who lacked any sense of communication with me. Subsequently I heard from many friends and acquaintances that if I really wanted an agent who would get the job done, that I should list the house with Lisa. So I did, and Lisa immediately produced professional grade drone video and beautiful photos that were immediately uploaded to Facebook, Realtor.com, Zillow, etc.. Lisa has a keen eye for design and decor, and made excellent recommendations with regards to staging the house, including colors, furnishings, decluttering, even outside construction and upgrade ideas. Being very experienced and a top producing agent for many years, she had a solid contact list of highly capable subcontractors to provide plumbing, painting, construction, and electrical work where needed. Only qualified buyers were considered for showings, no nonsense lookers who wasted our time. As a result we sold our house within the first few weeks of listing with her. The process of selling a house can be daunting but Lisa was so professional and knew all the boxes that had to be checked to progress through to settlement. She made the process painless for me. I highly recommend Lisa Povlow if you want results delivered by a true professional.
